Sorry, but entries can no longer be submitted for the 2003 Garden Awards.

This Entry Submission Form must be filled out to accompany your school's garden designs.

In addition to this online entry form you must send a hard copy of the entry form (available in PDF format), SIGNED for validation, to REEP.

After submitting the online form below, a page will be displayed in your browser with the information you have submitted. If you print out this page, you can attach it to the hardcopy entry form instead of answering the questions again. Just fill out the last page of the hard copy form, which must be signed by two authorized persons in order to validate the entry.

Don't forget that the deadline for entries in the Art categories is the 30th June 2003! See the timetable for details.

5. Validation:

Please remember that a hardcopy of the entry form signed by both the project leader and the head teacher must be sent to the address at the top of this page in order for the entry to be validated.


Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting the form.
